PIONEER Trail Run - Start Time is 08:00am This is a 25.38km run that meanders up and down the Macdonald River with two river crossings (swimming not required) and includes a 21.1km half-marathon timing mark for the serious runners. For their own safety, dogs are not permitted on this longer course. First Aid & Water Stations for this course: 1. At the northern end near the first river crossing after approx 8kms 2. In the village after approx 5kms 3. At the southern end near the second river crossing after approx 6kms 4. At the village again after approx. 6kms The half-marathon time will be included in the race results for participating runners. |
K9 Trail Run - Start Time is 09:00am This 11.07km medium distance run will challenge the strength and stamina of both people and dogs. There is a shallow river crossing near the half way mark that will cool you down as you splash across. First Aid & Water Stations for this course: 1. At the northern river crossing after approx. 5kms (shared with the Pioneer Trail Run course) 2. In the village after approx. 5kms |
WEE WOOFA Trail Run - Start Time is 10:00am This 2.7km short course run is an ideal outing for people (especially families with children) and their pet pooches just to get out and enjoy our sweet country air. There is a shallow river crossing for you and your dogs to cool off leaving a quick home run to get you back to the village for a picnic or pub meal to complete your day. You could run the course, walk it or stroll to the beat of your own drum. Children will get to experience the bush, conquer a river and can finish off with playtime in St Albans Park. |
